The Beaches
Ambulances stop at the street — no access by sand. Minutes lost while someone is in the water.
A ZAKA Tel Aviv Campaign • Israel's Lifesavers
When every second decides who comes home, a ZAKA emergency motorcycle reaches people where ambulances can't. Help us fund one fully-equipped, all-terrain motorcycle.
The Need
"Our job is to show up and do everything in our power to save them."
When our volunteers race to an emergency, the terrain itself costs lives. Each delay has a price — even 30 seconds can be the difference.
Ambulances stop at the street — no access by sand. Minutes lost while someone is in the water.
Missiles, rubble, abandoned cars. We reach the injured on foot, carrying what we can.
A standard bike maxes out at 90 km/h. Sometimes that isn't fast enough to arrive in time.
The Motorcycle
Not a means of transportation — a life-saving device.
130 km/h sustained vs 80–90 max
Beach sand, forests, rubble, mud
Three compartments, 76 L of gear
Two volunteers, instant deployment
Carries everything a standard bike does, plus:
On the road 24/7/365 — through Shabbat, holidays, war, and terror — reaching people where ambulances cannot go.
